RETURN POLICY

We want your shopping experience with us to be a positive one. After all, you the customer are what we are here for. For us to be competitive and stay in business, we have to be fair but not loose our shirts in the process. Here are the guidelines that we follow for returns:

You may return your order for a full refund within 15 days of receipt less shipping plus $5 restock fee. All returned items must be still sealed in their box and returned at your own expense. We will either give you a refund on your credit card or a store credit for something else at your option.

Missing or Wrong Items: We are only human and there is a lot of stuff to send out. Occasionally an item that you ordered could get left out or we sent the wrong thing in our order. In this event we will replace that order at no cost to you. Contact us within 15 days about your miss order. Send us the wrong product back and we’ll refund your credit card back for the shipping when it arrives at Game Headz. Please enclose a receipt for the shipping cost. In the case of missing items, contact us within 15 days and we’ll take care of you.

Broken or Missing Items: Its rare but sometimes our customers receive an item with broken parts from shipping. Sometimes a blister will come open in transit causing lost parts. In either event, we will work with the vendor for that product to get you a replacement. Game Headz will replace your broken item if the vendor will not so long as it was broken in shipping and with in 15 days of you receiving your order.

PAYMENT METHODS

Game Headz currently accepts VISA, Master Card, Discover, Dinners Club, American Express, and Pay Pal. Cash is always welcome in person. We cannot take checks at this time. All pricing is based in US dollars.

Refunds are made in the form of a check or charged back to your credit card.

A few words on fraud: GAME HEADZ WILL PROSECUTE TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT OF THE LAW! Before you use a steal from us, understand that you are stealing from the mouths of our families. You ruin the game when you commit fraud. For these reasons alone we will find the thieves that commit these sins against our company and prosecute. Think before you screw up and try and cheat us. You have been warned. There will be no respite and certainly no mercy for these acts!

IP addresses are captured automatically when a purchase is made. Most gaming communities are close knit. Police department and credit card companies have no tolerance for thieves. The odds are stacked against would-be theft. Think before you steal, there will be no other warning on this matter.

We give you the same description that was given to us. · It is to Game Headz sole discretion to choose which carrier to use for shipping. · Game Headz logos and images are property of Game Headz Inc of Bessemer, Alabama and the vendors for products displayed on the website. No portion of this website may be copied or used in any other way unless given written permission by Game Headz Inc. These intellectual properties are protected under US and international copyright laws. · Game Headz is responsible for collecting sales tax of 8% for products sold in the fine state of Alabama to customers who live in Alabama. Customers are responsible for any taxes that may be owed to their own locations.
