We have 24 slots for an 1850 point 40K tournament on December 12 and 13th, 2009. There will be 6 hold slots for those who are no-shows. After registration, there will be five rounds of gaming. Each game will be two and a half hours long with a fifteen-minute break between.

December 12th:

9AM-10AM Registration

10:30-12:30PM First Round

12:30-1:30PM Lunch

1:30-4PM Second Round

4-4:15PM Break

4:15-6:45PM Third Round

December 13th:

11AM-1:30PM Fourth Round

1:30-1:45PM Break

1:45-4:15PM Fifth Round

Games will be Games Workshop standard tournament rules. You may use only Games Workshops 5th Edition rulebook, current Codex, and current FAQ updates from Games Workshop’s website. Forge world rules are not allowed but models for standard armies are.

Army list MUST be turned in via mail or email by November 30th. Making changes to your list after submission and/or late submissions will have five points deducted to their tournament score.

It is strongly advised to prepay for your slot. Payment can be made with check, and credit card. Pay Pal will be available soon. If the game slots are taken you may pay for a refundable hold slot in case there are no-shows allowing you to play.
