All US shipments are $6.99 regardless of size of the order. This includes all US APO/FBO bases.

Shipments are processed within 1 to 3 business days of the order. Most items are sent via Priority US Postal Service or DHL ground.

Canadian shipments run from $10 to $35. Before your order is processed we will confirm your shipping cost. Shipping time is with in 10 business days.

Game Headz will ship world wide via USPS Global. Because cost fluctuates, your order will be confirmed with shipping cost before it is processed. Shipping and handling time is within 10 business days.

Its not often but sometimes an order goes missing. You should get your order within 10 business days of receipt. After such time contact us and we’ll find out where it went. If we cannot substantiate that it was delivered then we’ll replace the order. International and APO/FPO should give 8 weeks.

Game Headz has a large inventory. If you have a large order and an item is on back order, we will not charge you for the shipping when it does arrive. Naturally, used items and consignment items do not fall under this category.

HOW IT ALL WORKS Online orders: You make an online order and pay for through the shopping cart. We get the email immediately on our computers and PDAs. You are sent a confirmation email that your order is being processed. We’ll grab the item(s) and pack them securely. A shipping label is generated and pickup arranged. At this point, you are emailed with your tracking information and/or estimated time of arrival. The whole process should take no longer than 3 to 10 days to get to your doorstep.

Some products cannot be ordered though the online shopping cart. Products that are not available for sell online would be any from Games Workshops. These items have to be done on a more one on one basis. This is great, as we love actually communicating directly to our customers.

Payment for call-in orders can be done over the phone with a major credit card so long as you are the card owner. If you feel more comfortable paying through Pay Pal then we can do that as well. Your information is kept secure and no credit card information is written down from phone conversations. CC information goes straight into our secured point of sale.

Emailed orders are always confirmed before any action is taken. After the confirmation, we can obtain your payment information via email or over the phone. Of course, you can always make your payment via Pay Pal. Emails with credit information are always deleted from our network and never retained.

For security purposes, there is only two of the staff at Game Headz who has access to the email for orders. Because there are only two of us, our emails are also tied to our mobile PDA’s. Even if you leave us a voice mail we are still going to know about it in real time. Voice mails are translated into emails and sent on to us. We promise to get back to you. Most likely will return your call or email the same day, if not by the end of the next business day.

PAYMENT METHODS

Game Headz currently accepts VISA, Master Card, Discover, Dinners Club, American Express, and Pay Pal. Cash is always welcome in person. We cannot take checks at this time. All pricing is based in US dollars.

Refunds are made in the form of a check or charged back to your credit card.

A few words on fraud: GAME HEADZ WILL PROSECUTE TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT OF THE LAW! Before you use a steal from us, understand that you are stealing from the mouths of our families. You ruin the game when you commit fraud. For these reasons alone we will find the thieves that commit these sins against our company and prosecute. Think before you screw up and try and cheat us. You have been warned. There will be no respite and certainly no mercy for these acts!

IP addresses are captured automatically when a purchase is made. Most gaming communities are close knit. Police department and credit card companies have no tolerance for thieves. The odds are stacked against would-be theft. Think before you steal, there will be no other warning on this matter.
